CECUG is an online community created to provide the Networking Professionals in Savannah, Charleston, Brunswick, and all of the Coastal Empire and Low Country with a resource to support their networking needs. Whether you have a single Cisco 2501 router that is 10 years old or you manage a 5000 node Enterprise Network, the ability to communicate with like minded individuals about our arcane art is the primary focus of CECUG.

Unlike traditional users groups or clubs CECUG is an online community only.  All of us in the IT world have too little time for family, friends, and personal time and an online community allows you to benefit and participate when it is convenient for you.

While our focus is on Cisco products it is understood that no network is an island. Interoperability is a ongoing concern and in our world any combination of equipment is fair game.   CECUG.ORG has been designed to bring the most useful technology information and the experiences of our peers into one location where it can be a resource to our members.

CECUG has over 50 sources of Technology News,  FORUMS for every networking topic, we publish a listing of the Cisco contacts in our coverage area to help you get in touch with the right person when you need to. Our goal is to help you get the right information whenever you may need it.

CECUG is free to all Network Professionals and is not paid for or affiliated with Cisco Systems. The development and hosting of the online presence is paid for by voluntary contributions.
